Making math count Northwood-Kensett eighth grader Aiden Bice received first place at the local chapter level for Math Counts. For students like Bice, this was the first year that the competition was held online. The competition challenged students to solve as many problems correctly in 30 seconds, answer fewer problems with a focus on problem solving and more. Besides winning the chapter competition, Bice also took part virtually at the state level of the competition.
Confirmation Trinity United Methodist Church of Bolan celebrated its Confirmation Sunday on April 30 with Pastor Cory Allard.
