Wheelin with Worth The car cruise departed from Northwood headed east. Residents of the Lutheran Retirement Home got a chance to see the classic cars drive by. A brief car show took place at the Kensett Community Center as the cruisers made a pit stop before completing their ride. Always willing to lend a hand, these 4-H members and leaders helped make sure those on Sunday’s car cruise enjoyed some refreshments at the Kensett Community Center. The cars cruised by Elk Creek Lutheran Church before they made their way to the fairgrounds. A silent auction led to some competitive bids for donated items. The family of past honor chair and young cancer survivor Rachel Tweeten raised funds selling root beer floats and sundaes on Sunday.
